I have set up a notification and alert group for a specific monitor and I presume I have something set wrong. I mirrored other notification groups and alert groups and if I’m in the alert group, the email goes fine. The user I need in the group, never gets the email, and Uptime doesn’t show it sent it to the user. I’m currently going back through the videos but I’m not noticing anything different yet, is there a specific group (AD or other) that needs to change?
