Change the SWA purge job from Windows scheduler to SQL Agent

Now, as the SWA Repository has moved to SQL Server, please change the Scheduler for the purge job to SQL Agent.

I had the issue, that the purge job only ran when my user was logged on to the server console. Now I moved the job myself to SQL Agent (it’s just one command line) and everything runs fine. This should be the default in the product.
