Chown Error – Won't Start The Agent

Hey guys (new here),

I'm getting an error when trying to run:

CODE
./agent-configure.sh -u root -p 9998


Here it is:

CODE
chown: cannot access `/opt/uptime_agent/bin/safe_uptmagnt': No such file or directory


The file is there, and I set it to the right group/user.
