Connection Problems

by Nov 20, 2012

I'm trying out the latest version of MONYog. I am a hosting reseller. If I setup MONYog to look at my personal account on the server, it seems to see everything in my account. But i need it to view the whole server (my account and all other accounts) and I can't get that to work. The connection details for my account were easy since I just used the ones for my account. But no matter which ones I use for the server, it doesn't work. Depending upon how I try to connect, I get one of these failures:

Quote:
Failed to connect to SFTP: SshConnectAuthorize: Authentication by password failed — Access denied. Authentication that can continue: publickey,gssapi-with-mic,password
Quote:

Failed to connect to MySQL: Tunnel to MySQL server was not created successfully.

My hosting company is willing to help but they need to see the problem since they said the login I am using is correct. But I can't show it to them since MONyog runs locally. Does anyone have any thoughts as to how this can be resolved? What I can try?
