I'm looking for a way to have the email notification list all recipients emailed for a given alert. At the moment it appears that up.time sends one email per recipient. The problems is that our Help Desk staff, who are only being notified as an FYI have no idea who is working on the problem. While using the acknowledge feature covers the majority of issues, part of our Help Desk process is to make contact with the person working the issue in the event that they do not “acknowledge” the notification within a given time (didn't hear their BlackBerry, etc.)
It would be ideal if up.time would send one email to all recipients that way they would all know who is aware of the matter. Any other ideas?
