Hi!
Do any of you (Uptimesoftware or Users) have any tips on how to collect accurate statistics compliant with the time periods specified in the SLA:s (Service Level Agreements)?
For example, one application/system might have the time periods 06.00-20.00 on weekdays and 08.00-17.00 on weekends specified in their SLA.
How do I report an accurate uptime percentage for this application/system?
