how to execute an powershell command from inside a bat file?

Hi guys,

I would like to insert an powershell command into a bat command file
This is what I tried to execute from inside an bat file but it doesn't work… any idea?

powershell.exe remove-item -path "C:Users%username%AppDataLocalLocal Documents – No Backup*.*"
