Changes (as compared to beta 1) include:
Features:
* Earlier multiple alerts for same issue would be sent if the counter was alertable for more than the specified number of data collections. Now we record what alerts have already been sent and will only send once. Settings in 'register server' page has been updated accordingly.
* When a record in the MONyog.log can be identified as related to a specific server the log will now have the server name logged.
* On startup MONyog will now delete ZERO-size dump files. Such files could be left behind if MONyog was terminated abnormally.
Bug Fixes:
* Fixed a (SQLite) database lock resulting in failure to update Dashboards and Monitors/Advisors pages for the duration of the lock.
