I have noticed that there isn't a way to see what escalation level a service alert is at. It would be helpful if my operations team could see what profile a specific alert had been escalated to.
I would also like it if they could filter out alerts so they could just view the alerts in their own queue or the high priority alerts (some outages are more important than others) that had occurred in the past 30 minutes.
If we could then produce a report that showed what alerts hit specific levesl of escalation and what their mttr was that would really help our ops team improve our overall availability.
