IDERA Top Query report is a very good feature where we can generate query execution statistics based on the timestamp as needed.
However the report doesn’t include the user or login details associated with the queries. we do have many different type of users/batch running queries and user details will help us analyze them quickly by reaching to the respective owners and is also not included in latest release 10.6.3 as confirmed by Idera Support
We would like to know if there is any possibility to include associated database users/logins in Top Query report in future releases .

Do you see this as being a new report or a revision of the existing report?

Existing report already has the other required details. Hence a revision of the existing report would work.
