November #SQLChat – Let’s Talk About Data Analysis!

A solid data analysis process and capable tools are key components of a strong data professional's skill set.  

Join IDERA (@Idera_Software) and host Chris Hyde (@ChrisHyde325) on Wednesday, November 28 at 11 AM CT for a community discussion on Data Analysis. Participants can use #Chat to join the conversation on Twitter.

Users will discuss methods for exploring and understanding their data, the different tools used to do so, and relate some of their best and worst experiences. Whether you are staunch T-SQL-ites, old-school Excel jockeys or newly-minted R and Python devotees, we’re sure you have some good tips, tricks, and stories to share!

Joining this Twitter Chat will give you the opportunity to explore hot industry topics with the community and IDERA product experts and have a chance to win a prize. This month’s giveaway prize is an IDERA Branded RASTAR Ferrari Remote Control Car!

Here is How To Participate:  

Log into your Twitter account on November 28 and search for #SQLChat at 11 AM CT. @Idera_Software will introduce the presenters with a welcome tweet and announce the first question based around our chosen topic using #SQLChat. We recommend using TweetChat to follow along with the conversation. Presenters will then answer question through their personal Twitter accounts and @Idera_Software will retweet responses. Community members who are participating in the chat will also answer questions, and presenters and community members can then interact with each other (reply, favorite, retweet). The next question will be presented and so on… The chat will end at 12 PM ***Presenters and participants must use #SQLChat within each tweet to become part of the chat and be entered to win the giveaway prize.

*Everyone who sends out a tweet with #SQLChat between 11 AM CT and 12 PM will be automatically entered into the giveaway. The winner will be chosen at random. Please be sure you are following @Idera_Software as the winner will be notified through direct message.

About Chris: Chris Hyde is an independent SQL Server BI and DBA consultant based in Albuquerque, NM. He is the Group Leader for the Albuquerque SQL Server User Group and the Organizer of the SQL Train between SQL Saturday Portland and PASS Summit. He ran for the 2017 PASS Board and is currently serving as a 2018 IDERA ACE. He is a regular blogger Chris is a dog person but recently has become acquainted with three kittens who like to watch Premier League football with him on Saturday mornings.
