ORACLE_HOME environment variable on OSX 10.8

by Mar 20, 2013

Hey Guys,

I'd like to use a TNS Names file in my user home directory for my Oracle Connections, but I'm having a little trouble settings this the ORACLE_HOME environment variable properly. I tried it setting it from the terminal (which i was pretty sure wouldn't work), and I tried the suggested method on 10.8 of adding LSEnvironment to the info.plist for the app, but neither seems to work.

The path I'd like to use would be ~/Dropbox/Work/Oracle

Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks for your awesome product and support!!
