Currently we do not allow direct file or image upload to the support forums. If you wish to post an image within your topic we suggest hosting the image on a free file sharing site (like box.net) or posting the image on another web site that allows you to do so and then include the URL to the image on your topic. If you wish to post logs we suggest only posting a snippet of the log which you believe relates to the problem or forwarding the complete logs to support@uptimesoftware.com for our review. Be sure to mention your topic number in your email to support, so that the two can be related.
