I work for a large enterprise doing 2nd-level support of end-users. I'm sure there's a lot that PS can do to make our jobs easier, but I don't know where to look or start. The vast majority of books, blogs and documentation is tilted toward the enterprise admin. Those of us 'way down the food chain could sure use some references that look at PS from our perspective.
Request: For anyone going to the PowerShell Summit; please ask around if the idea of a book/e-book/blog series, etc. on "PowerShell for the Help/Service Desk" has been thought of. I think there's a real need for it.
