SQL Defrag Management Service unable to start

I recently upgraded our production database from SQL 2008 to SQL 2016 and have successfully moved all the Idera databases and connections to our new database for all products we use and it's analysing and defragmenting the new database with no problems when run manually through the defrag software however my automation policies are no longer running as I seem unable to start the Management Service. Any suggestions for what I may have missed or how I can fix this error? Unfortunately it's giving me no error or feedback as to why it's not working.
