SQL Memory Utilization

I am new to SQL DM. Added few of our servers to Monitor and on one of the servers there is an Critical Alert "OS Memory Used is 92%" . When I check the real time data majority of the memory is allocated to "Database" what does this mean ? How to resolve this issue ?
