I know you can disable the “Restore windows and tabs” option but is there an option to restore the tabs but disconnected?
I had an issue over the holidays where I was loading ADS and there was an unknown issue with one of the databases I had a tab open with, when I restarted ADS it would immediately freeze and was completely unusable. I had to find an old installation on an old machine that wasn’t trying to restore the broken server connection.

There is no option to prevent the connection attempt when restoring tabs, but the restoring of tabs should not lockup the application if the connection does not succeed. The connection attempts are threaded and work in parallel with the application.
