Both Auto Discovery shows none for Agents
Add System/Network Device replies Unable to Contact Agent

 i Added an inbound and outbound rule to the Port on Windows Firewall.
Also a rule to allow up.time agentuptmagnt-admin.exe

Other servers are communicating and being monitored.

Do you have any ideas of what I am missing on this one?
