I’ve followed the instructions on setting up the Up.Time Mobile plugin, I want to test internally before working on the DMZ setup so it’s just the basic install. I am able to get to the mobile page but I get “HTTP error 401: Unauthorized” showing at the top of the page and entering credentials just refreshes the page with the same error. I installed this on our evaluation server earlier this year and don’t recall doing anything different and it works. The only difference between the evaluation setup and the production setup is that I use a DNS entry to shorten the access URL for accessing Up.TIme. If I use the FQDN of the server to get to the Mobile site I don’t initially get the error but it returns after attempting to login.
