Up.time Virtual Appliance

Having a problem getting the up.time virtual appliance to boot.

I have sucessfully installed the virtual appliance into VMWare 7.1 Workstation and powered on the VM.

However, during the bootup process of the CentOS, I get the following errors…

Any Ideas?
