I am tyring to use the http (web service monitor) to monitor the login page of a website. I am able to monitor various pages and functions, but when I attempt to have the uptime service log in by populating the userid:password in the authentication feature, nothing happens. I can put valid or invalid login information in that parameter and it doesn't make a difference. I do have the login.aspx page being recongized by the service because it is parsing the response. I just can't get the authentication feature to do anything.
Any insights?
