Precise has been completely rewritten to use modern web technology using the Sencha ExtJS framework and it supports HTML5.
Precise 10.0 saw the Application UI and AdminPoint rewritten to use the modern UI framework
Precise 10.1 saw further changes with the Report Manager rewritten to use the modern UI framework
Precise 10.2 sees the Custome Portal rewrittent. This is the completion of everything rewritten to use the modern UI framework
