Working With Sla's

Hi all,

I am still in the implementation phase and slowly working with Services and getting things added to my uptime install. I've created an SLA which includes everything I've added and want it to reflect 99% uptime. Does putting a server in a maintenance window count against the SLA? One of my techs needs to do some configuration and reboot several times over the day. IS there an easy way to put a server or services into maintenance mode quickly without creating a maintenance profile then adding a server/services to the profile. What do other users of uptime do as standard procedures?
