On client operating systems, such as Windows 7, there are some Support libraries missing that you will need to display terminal server settings stored in the AD. So when you query a user in your AD, all terminal server settings will be missing or blank.
To resolve this, you should visit the system32 folder of a server and copy the tsuserex.dll to your client and register it with regsvr32.exe. Then, the terminal server settings are displayed correctly.
Note: you will need the correct tsuserex.dll for your system. So if your client runs a 64bit operating system, you will also need the 64bit version of that dll.
